Social Development Integrated Centre (Social Action) is the coordinating organisation and hosts the Secretariat of the Niger Delta Citizens and Budget Platform.
Social Action is an organisation dedicated to education, mobilisation and solidarity for communities and activists working for environmental justice, democracy and social change in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea. The organisation is promoting increased citizens’ participation in addressing policy and practices in energy and mining, trade and investments that affects human rights, democracy and livelihoods. Social Action works primarily in Nigeria while collaborating with other citizens groups in the ECOWAS zone and the Gulf of Guinea. Through active participation with national and regional networks, the organisation is connected to the global movement for social justice.

The Centre for Environment, Human Rights and Development (CEHRD) is a non-profit making organization founded on August 15, 1999. The organization is incorporated in Nigeria as a trustee charity. CEHRD works in the area of human rights documentation and campaigns, election monitoring, peace building, community development, conservation and environmental advocacy and local government transparency and accountability, among other projects.

Kebetkache Women Development & Resource Centre is a community action, education and advocacy non-governmental organization working to protect and promote the rights of women and children in Nigeria and around the world. Kebetkache registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (IT/CERT. 15,890) in November 2003. Kebetkache works on issues of women’s human rights, environment, reproductive health including HIV & AIDS, conflict management & peace building as well as democracy and good governance. Kebetkache is a member of Nigeria Gender Budget Network, and was part of the gender aware analysis of the Federal Budgets in Nigeria (1995 - 2002). The organisation also participated in the Gender Analysis of the National Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy. Kebetkache is part of the Empowering Civil Society in Rivers State to Track Education Budgets, a project carried out in collaboration with Civil Resource Development & Documentation Centre, and is one of the partners to implement the CDD West Africa Gender Budgeting project supported by NOVIB.

The Community Defence Law Foundation (CDLF) aims to: (1) Support local communities and institutions denied their rights and liberties by the activities of non-democratic actors; (2) Provide formal legal representation to disadvantaged individuals and communities defending their environment and human rights; (3) Work towards establishing case law that would protect communities’ rights to a healthy environment and for the public good; (4) Provide a resource base for continuing legal education in the area of environmental human rights and social and economic justice; and (5) Engage in legal research, advocacy and publication in the public interest. The Foundation operates three projects: The Community Justice Project, the Legal Education Research and Documentation Project, and the Community Defence Fund.

Stakeholder Democracy Network (SDN) is a not-for-profit organisation, independent of all governments and political parties. SDN supports organisations helping communities in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea region who live alongside oil, gas and mining facilities to communicate and negotiate with business, government and others with a stake in their land and its resources.
In Nigeria, SDN’s four programmes:
o Ensure communities' voices are listened to o Help to address the causes of conflict and to build peace o Work with youth, women's and faith-based groups to support the institutions of society o Promote greater accountability by government institutions
SDN publishes reports and analysis of how people's daily realities in Nigeria affect all stakeholders in the region's natural and human resources.
SDN has offices in Port Harcourt and London.

BAYELSA NGO FORUM (BANGOF) as a forum carries out its projects and programmes through member NGOs in areas of crucial project implementation. It also takes the responsibility of organizing and coordinating its programmes/projects. For project Implementation purpose, BANGOF coordinates its finance through activity based disbursement to member NGOs for implementation with proper financial accountability mechanism put in place.
